In April 2009, Amy Gross and Kathy Camara became co-owners, bringing over 20 years of collaborative experience. From there, Entech Medical Staffing was established to specifically serve the needs of the local medical community. Kathy and Amy believe that true success is not just about profits—it’s about setting clear objectives, consistently meeting goals, and fostering long-term relationships that help support their clients’ needs and patients’ expectations.
